The Role The Senior Collections Officer will be sitting within a dynamic team who are results driven whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. In this role you will be responsible for: Handling high volume of inbound and outbound calls Providing exceptional customer service Managing debt recovery and negotiating solutions Assessing, reviewing and analysing documents relating to customer collection status and ageing reports Understanding of hardship and legal aspects of recoveries The Candidate The successful candidate will be considered with: You will have a proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years minimum collections experience Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written A strong relationship builder with the ability to influence stakeholders Remuneration and Benefits: My client provides a number of benefits including but not limited to the following: Attractive salary of $84,000 Un-capped bonus Hybrid - Work from home 2 days per week Supportive and fun team Perth CBD Location close to public transport Industry Leading company
